I did an order online for collection, it said collection for 17.50. When I arrived my order was ready, however when i got it home it was freezing! Me and my daughter. I had to warm it up in the microwave. I feel very disappointed

I order from Bella at least twice a week, and have done for a few years. The food is always spot on and hot, but quite regularly something gets missed off, just in the last 7 days I had a dip missing with a kebab and last night there was no garlic bread with the pasta dish, and it’s little things like these that matter.

I do wish the menu would make it more clearer as to whether French fries were included in the meal otherwise the delivery was very quick and hot, salad was really good.

Excellent Service fast delivery, food was hot and well cooked. Salad was a bit of a let-down perhaps a separate side dish rather than wrapped in with the chicken wrap, but for this I would have given 5 stars. One other thing (nothing to do with the meal) the menu - I ordered chips thinking these were a separate item and two portions arrived presumably one portion was included in the meal, perhaps the online menu could make this a bit clearer.
